Ok, to tak. Powiedzmy (bo nie mam danych twojego auta) któryś z elektrozaworow się zacina, musiał byś zlać oliwę, zdjąć mechatronik i miernikiem pomierzyć oporność każdego z elektrozaworow. One ogólnie się zatykają bo skrzynie nie są serwisowane na czas. Dodatkowo dużo opilkow się wytwarza gdy skrzynia jest trochę zużyta i te opiłki zatykają te zaworki. Jeśli znasz się trochę na mechanice to zdejmij mechatronik kup sobie demagnetyzator i wyczyść te zawory. Czasami pomaga ale jak iglice są przetarte to nie będą trzymać ciśnienia i nawet jeśli zacznie jechać to będzie szarpać. Potem są takie widelczyki w środku skrzyni jak wyciągniesz mechatronik one są namagnesowane i też przyciągają dużo opilkow to też trzeba czyścić. Dużo roboty ślę jak masz gdzie i jak to polecam ale ostrożnie i delikatnie. Fajna skrzynia dla zabawy. Pozdrawiam mam nadzieję że troszkę pomogłem. Zerknij w inne filmy że skrzynia Powershift jak robiliśmy u brata w Mondeo 2.0t. 2010r.

@@janekmoto5813 moj elektrozarow był popsuty bo możesz do niego podłączyć tak około 6v i będzie klikał, jak nie kliknie to złom, mój jeden nie działał to wymieniłem a starego otworzyłem i był wyslizgany po prostu zużyty.

Nie wydaje mi się żeby można było je ustawić. Bo wszystko jest sklejone poprzez odciski i sprężyny. A to w którym miejscu sprzęgło zaczyna brać ustawia się komputerem przy adaptacja h sprzęgła i mechatroniki. Pozdrawiam

Hi mate, it depends on the type of the box. From 3l to 6l. Depends on what you drain, if you change the filter, drain mechatronic, radiator ect. Refill how much you drain. To be safe.

Thank you for your response... The mechanic put 4 liters in for me, and two weeks later I began to notice problems with changing the first, second, and third gears. I started making noises, and I feared that he had put insufficient quantity for me.

I started noticing these problems until the engine reached its normal temperature...I don't notice them when it is cold

To note, he did not open the mechatronics and did not change the filter, and when I asked him about the filter, he told me that it does not change because this box has an internal filter.

@@mohcineawzen5284 best way is to top up what you drain. Not enough is bad and too much is bad. What's the millage?

Any gearbox requires oil change. I would say manual box every 50k km and automatic every 30k km. That's the practice I follow and tbf never had issues with gearboxes. Regards

@@DankosDIY Yes, the oil and the external filter. But that internal filter seems difficult to reach. Hopefully you can show a video with the steps of how to get to it.

@@cristi8276 I have video on it. It's not as detailed as some of the other ones but you have to remove a bit of everything around to get to it. If you don't think you be able to better to leave it and ask someone to help you.

This is a bus 7.0L diesel engine. Injector is on the exhaust. Either way on bus truck or car adblue injector will be just after the engine somewhere on exhaust.

Mate I'm working at home. As hobby, don't have a garage yet.

These gearboxes last for 100k then clutches die, springs start to rattle creating metal dust that goes and sits on solenoids, honestly I would change oil. It won't harm it but might extend life a bit. It that would be my car I would do service. Any oil running around gears under pressure hot, cold will need changing over time. Regards L. O. O

Hi mate, yes you have to loosen that bolt because the splines are gripping tightly to the shaft. Imagine C-clamp. With bolt across it opens up to give u more space to install the shaft. Also it has to be perfectly straight otherwise won't go in. Lube it up too with like wd40. Regards. L. O. O

this is the easiest way to replace the internal filter, Damper yes its just a bad design from ford. Oh well :) Ford.

That is Getrag MPS6 or 6DCT450 transmission. Ford produces only full auto transmissions So I wouldn’t blame only Ford for this idiotic design.And this transmission is not only used by ford..

The connections are located being the cover for the last pillar. Last vertical pillar has cover over it remove it plugs are there.

@@stega1 wiring in that is probably attached to the roof I assume you have to take the roof lining down a bit to get to the wires.

@@jurekmazurek9392 niby tak ale sprężynki nadal opiłkują, nadal syf zostaje w skrzyni i lata po mechatronic potem solenoidy to wciągają w siebie i przestaje zmieniać biegi lub przeciąga co w dłuższyn czasie powoduje przypalanie tarczek i tak źle i tak nie dobrze 😉😂 a jednak Ford.
